NRWMAC is a nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to fight for and promote the health, welfare, and safety of Lake Nacimiento. The Board of Directors are unpaid volunteers representing communities and private property owners around the lake.

NRWMAC is funded totally from lake community and private donations. Without your donations we cannot do our committed work for you and you will not have a voice with the governmental decision makers concerning the lake.

As the single recognized organization representing lake users, we work with local, County, State, and Federal agencies to ensure your voice is heard. Our overhead is minimal for administrative and travel expenses to statewide meetings and seminars. However, there are other expenses to do our mission. At times we have to hire legal counsel to protect our lake rights. We have had to hire consultants to advise on proposed county and state legislative proposals that would impact the lake.
